We travelled to Malaysia on 1st of March 2026 through ceysaid.I'm very satisfied with the service of them.especially our agent, Mr.Nipun was very friendly, helpful and gave us an extraordinary service.After we landed to Malaysia,all the pick ups and drops were on time by their agents and no any issue occurred. We had a wonderful holiday to Vietnam with Ceysaid tours for 8 days from 2nd of March. Mr Gihan, the boss did a marvelous job in customizing our personal tour for four family members without any hesitation according to our all needs. We arrived at Da Nang, where we were warmly welcomed by a local tour guide from a parter tour company of Ceysaid tours, miss Hanh ( Hana /"happy"). She was such an energetic, friendly, happy girl and did her best beyond her job even. Always cared for us even with daily weather, type of clothes better to wear, places to shop...every where, every moment gave all the fun and entertainment through out the Danang tours to Bana hills, Marble mountains, Hoi an ... filled our tour all with good memories. Actually I would say she is the best tour guide we ever met through out our tours in many countries all over many years. Thank you so much dear girl Hana, and we heartily wish you all the best for your future. Then we flew to Hanoi, where we met Andrea, again an energetic young tour guide, who served us even out of the box. Then the Halong bay cruise in Rita cruse was again a marvelous experience, with so friendly cruise team and Rita company gave us luxury transport from and to Hanoi. Accommodation....yup..was outstanding. Balcona DaNang hotel 2 bed room balcony studio was really comfortable with good hospitality and superb rich breakfast. At Hanoi, Somerset grand Hanoi hotel two bedrooms delux studio was again remarkable with comfort accommodation, good food and easy access to some shopping. In summary it was a smooth holiday without any discomfort or confusion in a complete foreign country, thanks to Gihan and the team at Ceysaid tours. I really appreciate your hard work and recommend your tour company for smooth traveling for anyone. Hope to join you in future too.

We went on a family trip to Thailand, visiting Phuket and Bangkok, with our parents, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience thanks to Ishini Welikadaduruge and Ceysaid Holidays (Pvt) Ltd. Singapore ------------------- Had a wonderful trip to Singapore with Ceysaid Holidays! Everything was well organized and stress-free, from airport transfers to sightseeing at places like Gardens by the Bay, Universal Studio and Sentosa Island. Special thanks to Ishini for her excellent coordination and support throughout the trip. Highly recommended! Dubai ------------- We had a wonderful experience with Ceysaid Tours during our trip to Dubai. Everything was arranged so smoothly, and it felt very easy and stress-free from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Ishini for organizing everything perfectly and being so supportive throughout the trip. One suggestion for improvement would be to ensure that the initial travel itinerary provides accurate and detailed information about the Dubai city tour. Some attractions, such as the monorail ride, were mentioned but were not covered during the actual trip, and the kids were a bit disappointed. This feedback is shared purely to help improve future family travel experiences. Other than that, we truly appreciated the friendly, flexible, and well-organized service. I would highly recommend Ceysaid Tours to anyone looking for a stress-free and smoothly arranged trip abroad.
